Once the scope and contract are agreed, we coordinate the preparations for construction, including the programme, site access and required trades.

Deliver the works:

During construction, we coordinate the agreed works and communicate with you about progress and decisions requiring your input.

Complete and hand over:

As the works approach completion, we review the agreed scope and coordinate the handover requirements, including relevant project documentation
